Form is a New York Based Design Collective dedicated to
creative design in women’s wear through the establishment
of modern luxury. Jerry Tam (Project Runway
Participant, Season 4) is the visionary founder behind
the brand with the intent to create a comprehensive brand,
rather than another independent level that celebrates the
work of one person. He achieves these integrity levels with
the extensive expertise of brand director Kelly Andrews and
Eric Werner, who’s architectural background gives solidity to
his passion as the company’s director of operations.

Assistant designers Mignonne Gavigan and Jenna Davis
round out the team with their distinctive design
contributions and productivity skills. Together they
consistently re-interpret the skilled and innovative craft of
making a modern and intricate statement for women of
effortless expression and personal distinction.

Fashion is a mutable art form, and its trends are transient, but storeowner Bobby Garnett has laid a stable foundation for even the most renowned fashion designers. Notably his expansive vintage collection, part of which resides in his south end shop, Bobby From Boston, is the inspiration for designers like Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, Thom Browne and Georgio Armani. With his ubiquitous fashion collection, Bobby Garnett will be showcasing the menswear of the night. The runway will propose vintage pieces sure to rouse excitement and aesthetical stimulation; pieces able to combat fall's 2008 fashion runways.

Garnett outfitted such Hollywood movies as Catch Me if You Can, A Beautiful Mind, Forrest Gump, Across the Universe and the up and coming film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchette. Recently, his store has been named One of GQ's top 100 Stores for Men to Shop.

Hannah Shaw is a clothing designer specializing in avant
garde and sculptural dresses. Industrial yet refined,
organic yet technological: The materials Ms Shaw
employs in her work range from steel wire to chiffon.
Inspiration comes from a can of paint to a found object.
The dresses are to be seen as sculptures that stand alone
yet are exquisitely enhanced by the human body.
Completely handmade and one of a kind, the result is
glamorous, edgy, fun and completely unique.

Hannah was born and raised on an island off the coast of
Maine and earned a BA in studio art through Hampshire
College in Amherst Massachusetts. She currently resides
in New York City where she continues to foster her passion
for dressmaking as a medium for confusing the boundaries
between art and fashion.
