Diamonds in Black, Feb 29th, 2008

Event Summary:
A Black Tie optional event bringing an exclusive crowd that includes fashion forward individuals, local celebrities and entertainers for an opportunity to network, collaborate and observe the latest fashion trend. The evening featured diamonds collection by Jacob and Co. and fashion by Andy Jacques Couture.

Cause:
To raise money for a scholarship fund for Shirley Roome who died at a car accident on Feb 6th, 2008. The scholarship will fund grant one qualifying student with a scholarship to assist in furthering their education at Hofstra University. The models that participated at the event were close friends of the young victim who was deeply involved with fashion and nightlife.
